Are Comic Books Still A Good Investment In 2025?

With the state of the global economy and all the outside factors squeezing away at disposable income, are comics still a good investment? What’s your thoughts, comment to this thread.

Liam, I do think Comic Books can still be a viable investment in 2025, but I think success will depend on careful selection, market awareness, and a willingness to commit to holding books for the longer term. As with any investment, diversification and due diligence are key to mitigating risks and maximizing potential returns.

I think the days of submitting £5 books to CGC  are long gone.   It’s just not financially viable anymore more.  So people need to be more selective with their investments.

I agree with @jason, there is no point submitting such cheap books to CGC for investment purposes. I see a lot of slabbed books sell for what the cost of grading is. It's not worth it, unless its something you really want to add to your collection. But I wouldn't waste my money on such cheap books.
