If You Could Own Just One Silver Age Comic, What Would It Be?

Yes the cover is not the best in relation to it's 1st appearance but this opened up a world of possibilities for me in the world of comics. Long story for another day

Quote from Garry on 30 January 2025, 9:39 PMI’ve always fancied a copy of Incredible Hulk # 1, it is one of the very few early SA Marvel comics that I’ve never owned. It appeals to me more than an AF # 15 but if I was going to own a copy for my own enjoyment than I’d want it to be a presentable grade and I could never justify spending that kind of money on one comic for my own enjoyment. Hopefully one day I’ll get one come in to stock so I can at least say I’ve owned it…
BTW, I was going to post a pic of it but the file size was too big and I can’t be arsed to find another image now

I've got you
Well I'm surprised you haven't owned a copy. Have you had one pass through your hands though?

No I’ve never had a copy pass through my hands. It’s one of three Marvel SA keys that I’ve never had pass through my hands as a dealer, this, AF # 15 and surprisingly ASM # 1. I’m sure they will at some point.

Quote from Emperor Biggles on 1 February 2025, 10:12 PMLove to own few silver age monsters good shout Garry at Hulk 1, and Strange Tales 110 I have and recently picked up FF 3 another grail for me, also an AF 15 or FF 1 would be desirable but...
If I could pick only one it have to be showcase 4, love the Flash but also the history behind it as it officially launching the silver age of comics
I never own one apart from a reprint 😆

It's such an iconic and striking cover.
