Ideas for potential causes to donate too

I would like to see groups that are inclusive for young people, expressing throu art, music, as I feel the value of being creative isn't appreciated enough and young people are the future.

Also mens mental health support groups.

I know this bit vague but hoping other members could suggest names of groups involved in the above

personally a charity I would like to see helped is Centrepoint, there a charity set up to help youth homelessness. obviously with the current  state of the country and added pressures on parents families are becoming more and more fractured. The family dynamic isn't what it once was and some kids are exposed to things they shouldn't be whether that be on-line or through friends etc.

More and more children are running away from home are just being out right neglected by the parents and left to fend for themselves.

Another great charity which I supported last year is MIND UK they're a charity set up to help young adults with mental health issues, I am sure there are different sectors of the charity but they support men and young adults with ongoing mental health issues, and offer support for those who need it.

I'd like to submit 2 options for future consideration;

CHUF - Children's heart unit fund.

Sick Children's Trust.

I'll make no attempt to hide that both these charities I am eternally indebted to and for that reason I will always promote them and attempt to bring much needed attention to them.

CHUF is based in the Freeman hospital in Newcastle, where the children's heart unit is located. The facilities there are largely thanks to CHUF. They've been able to bring a sense of normality to the unit. They provide toys, games, clown doctors and therapies for parents and children. They fund research and equipment.

The sick Children's Trust provide housing for families of sick children. Parents are able to stay on hospital grounds, to be close to their children without the stress of travel or hotel expenses. While this may seem mundane, the removal of this concern is extremely helpful. Just knowing you can be close and have a safe, comfortable space to stay is a powerful tonic in its own right.

When your life is turned upside down and all you want is for your child to feel safe, to be in good hands and for you to be close. Both of these charities make that possible.

Life saving treatments.

Life saving security.

My boy is 8 now. He's as fit as a fiddle. I'm not sure that would be true without Chuf and in my families darkest hour the sick Children's Trust kept us together.

Thanks for sharing mate and I can't even imagine what you went through. Glad to hear your son is fighting fit and causing havoc no doubt haha. We will 100% have an auction focused on the above.
